Tax time is here again! This year save yourself some time and money by using Benjamin Tax Consultants who will be in our clubhouse every Saturday from 12-6, but hurry, this service will only be available until April 11th. Victoria Manor Residents will receive 10% off the cost of the preparation, plus a free gift card to retailer of your choice when you recommend Benjamin Tax Service to a new client. Just a friendly reminder when you pay rent please pick up an A/C filter. They are free and it will also help to decrease your electric bill. It will help to keep coils clean and In return your unit will work much more efficiently.
